HappyFeet Office Assistant

Position Overview

Are you the most organized person in NWA?


If so, we need you! We are growing and hiring a part-time Assistant position to help organize our HappyFeet Soccer Leagues. The job will entail a wide range of administrative duties to support the HappyFeet Assistant Director. This person will help with organizing jerseys and merchandise orders, organizing league schedules and rosters, preparing information for coaches, and other various office tasks.


HappyFeet Legends Soccer is a comprehensive soccer organization offering "HappyFeet" programs for preschool children and "Legends" youth club teams. We have a unique, age appropriate curriculum and coaching philosophy that use soccer to develop children into brave, creative, leaders for life.


We are committed to a positive, customer service-focused culture. Our staff and coaches must be extremely friendly when working with our parents, always striving to exceed expectations.  The right candidate will have a deep understanding of the needs of active families and support our vision to serve families in our community.


This position will work in our office during typical daytime hours. The schedule can vary slightly as needed by specific projects.  Approximately 5-10 hours per week, working 2-3 days per week.

Job Responsibilities

  • Organizing jerseys, soccer balls, and merchandise
  • Using our registration system and MS Excel to organize league information
  • Updating basic website and registration information
  • Light data entry
  • Help with our league kickoffs to welcome league participants

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role
  • Servant leader: comfortable working behind the scenes to support and lead others
  • Comfortable using web-based software and other programs like Microsoft Excel
  • Extremely organized and high attention to detail
  • Passionate about customer service

Legends Program Assistant and Billing Coordinator

Position Overview

HappyFeet Legends Soccer is a comprehensive soccer organization offering "HappyFeet" programs for preschool children and "Legends" youth club teams. We have a unique, age appropriate curriculum and coaching philosophy that use soccer to develop children into brave, creative, leaders for life.


We are looking for a friendly and organized program assistant to join our team.  This person will support our Legends Club Director and also work alongside our Lead Billing Coordinator.  The Program Assistant will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties including club communication and event planning, player registration and roster management, billing account management, and light analytical/reporting work.

Our staff and coaches must be extremely friendly when working with our parents, always striving to exceed expectations.  The right candidate will have a deep understanding of the needs of active families and support our vision to serve families in our community.

This position will work primarily in our office with typical daytime hours. The schedule can vary slightly as needed by specific projects.  Approximately 10-15 hours per week, working 3-5 days per week.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage online player registration system
  • Player registration through Arkansas Soccer Association
  • Assist with customer service phone calls and emails
  • Communication with club members and coaches
  • Account and Billing tasks: payment processing, light data entry, reconciliation
  • Analytical work: excel reports, research enrollment data, present information
  • Maintain online systems: website, registration, Quickbooks

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role
  • Servant leader: comfortable working behind the scenes to support and lead others
  • Proficient with modern software systems (MS Excel, Power Point, online registration, Quickbooks, email marketing, social media, etc.)
  • Comfortable learning new software systems
  • Organized and high attention to detail

HappyFeet Director of Coaching

Position Overview

HappyFeet Legends Soccer is a comprehensive soccer organization offering "HappyFeet" programs for preschool children and "Legends" youth club teams. We have a unique, age appropriate curriculum and coaching philosophy that use soccer to develop children into brave, creative, leaders for life.


We are looking for a new Director to work alongside our Legends DOC to continue growing our HappyFeet League and Class program in NW Arkansas. The HappyFeet Director will oversee all coaching, training, and operational tasks related to programming for our 2.5-7 year old age groups.

HappyFeet Assistant Director

Position Overview

HappyFeet Legends Soccer is a comprehensive soccer organization offering "HappyFeet" programs for preschool children and "Legends" youth club teams. We have a unique, age appropriate curriculum and coaching philosophy that use soccer to develop children into brave, creative, leaders for life.


Are you the most organized person in NW Arkansas? If so, we need you! We have an upcoming opening for a part-time administrative role. The job will entail a full range of administrative duties to support the HappyFeet Director. This person will be responsible for scheduling HappyFeet classes and leagues, organizing league registrations, preparing marketing materials and emails, maintaining enrollment data, and responding to parent questions.

We are committed to a positive, customer service-focused culture. Our staff and coaches must be extremely friendly when working with our parents, always striving to exceed expectations. Approximately 25-30 hours per week. The specific hours each week are flexible, but due to the nature of the work (available for phone calls), must be completed during daytime hours. An example schedule could be Monday - Friday, 9am-2pm.
